Ximena Yáñez Soto
I was born and raised in Mexico City. For more than 23 years, I held the position of CFO at a private nonprofit Mexican environmental fund that protects priority habitats and landscapes in Mexico. In 2014 I accepted the challenge to move with my family to Colorado, knowing it meant leaving behind the professional career I had built with so much love. I found myself asking what was I supposed to do next. I realized that for many years I suffered from mysterious and long-term diseases that I overcame through simple lifestyle changes. Back in 2011, I was suffering mysterious chronic exhaustion and the pain of believing that my body was failing me made me feel helpless. When I was handed down a life sentence to live on heart and cholesterol medication for the rest of my life, I understood my body was desperately sending a wake-up call. I had to bring awareness to how I was living my life. Doctors told me there was nothing I could do (but to learn to live with my new mysterious condition) but deep down I knew I had the power to do something. Some months later, after making the simple lifestyle changes my body urgently needed, I was drug-free, my mind was clear, and I could feel the energy and vitality I thought I had lost forever. So, when I found myself asking what was I supposed to do next, the answer was crystal clear: I wanted to help other people who, like me, have been sentenced to live a half-life.
I decided to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and finished my studies at IIN in New York, I became a certified Level I & II Biomagnetism and Reiki therapist, and an RYS 200 yoga instructor. I also founded Believe.Transform.Be. to help my clients achieve a healthy, happy, and fulfilling lifestyle in harmony with the planet. I am committed to accompanying them to regain their vitality and energy during their life transformation processes. They perceive me as a focused and spiritual person, with warm treatment and a genuine interest in others.
I am the author of the best-seller "Healthy Planet, Healthy You” and I am delighted to be a guest at conferences, events, and TV, radio & podcast shows. I speak Spanish and English fluently.
I’d love to hear from you and see if we are a match in your journey to recovery. Let’s have the conversation that can change your life!
