Every program is designed to:
Explore your current situation regarding the four pillars of overall wellness (personal relationships, professional development, physical & emotional health, and spirituality).
Recognize the origin of your beliefs and fears and practice exercises to boost self-esteem, confidence, and security.
Define and keep track of your personal wellness goals.
Review your eating habits and implement “crowding out” techniques to lose weight, feel better, and have more energy.
Understand the properties and benefits of foods for transitioning to "mindful eating".
Review stress and anxiety management techniques and practice meditation and introspection exercises.
Bring movement and activity to your life through yoga routines.
Support your journey with a selection of materials (audios, videos, books, texts, brochures, etc.).
Depending on the program it might include one Reiki or Biomagnetism session (healing through energy management) and a closure document that reflects the progress and transformation of clients.

Personal Programs
This is a 6-month program consisting of twelve virtual sessions held every two weeks to work on your unique and special needs. Each session is a space dedicated exclusively to you and I will support you without any judgments, so you can speak from your heart and express your feelings, your successes, and your challenges. During the first three sessions, the center of our conversation will be your personal, physical, and mental wellness dreams and what’s keeping you from achieving them. As we progress to the middle of your program, I will help you translate your dreams into a set of goals and a feasible SMART plan to accomplish them. Through the remaining sessions, I will cheer and support you as you find your own voice and inner wisdom through your personal journey towards a healthier and happier life.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I provide business programs and group workshops to serve your executives and teams -either through personal or group programs- on how to improve their health, choose healthier food, and take actions toward living a more balanced life.
